I liked how smooth and straightforward the process was. The engineer Adrian (and later Akshay also) understood what I wanted very well. Because the protect involved image recognition of content on my screen, the engineer screenshared with me through Zoom and I could let him control my screen to fine tune features. (Citizen is a project that has to do with automated diagnosis)
